An absolute disgrace…DO NOT ORDER ONLINE SHOPPING FROM SUPERVALU…I ordered grocery shopping online from SuperValu for the first time in the last 10 days.I was new to this and selected the time slot 2pm to 4pm.The delivery did not arrive until 6pm!My online order was 160 euro.The chicken fillets expiry date were 2 days out as was the Brennan’s bread.The picker obviously selected the least fresh items…I always check dates on goods and reach to the back of the shelves to get the most fresh produce always… this was not the case with SuperValu.When I mentioned to the delivery driver that he was very late, he mumbled under his breath that “only 2 drivers are on”! Not as much as an apology.I have emailed SuperValu and no reply either.No surprise.If you are considering ordering grocery shopping online please do not order from SuperValu ( Deansgrange).Not worth it.They don’t have the courtesy to reply to their customers complaints so a bad experience all round.
