I received a completely different order. Not even a supplement. I had the feeling that it is the fault of UPS and not the source, but since UPS won't listen, my only hope was supplement source refunding me or reshipping the item. A customer success employee named Todd handled my case. He first gave me a full refund in store credits then took it back (which was odd). After that UPS said they shipped the item and there was no problem. But I insisted and went back and forth with Todd and the sales team from SupplementSouce. Todd then talked to his manager and granted me a store credit to buy the item again, which am grateful for.
