I did order 3 bottles of TUDCA (liver support supplement) I did receive 1 bottle instead. The box was clearly tempered with. Called their customer support they asked me to show them pictures specifically for the top and bottom of the box which clearly shows that the box was tempered with. They don't want to issue a refund.

I received a completely different order. Not even a supplement. I had the feeling that it is the fault of UPS and not the source, but since UPS won't listen, my only hope was supplement source refunding me or reshipping the item. A customer success employee named Todd handled my case. He first gave me a full refund in store credits then took it back (which was odd). After that UPS said they shipped the item and there was no problem. But I insisted and went back and forth with Todd and the sales team from SupplementSouce. Todd then talked to his manager and granted me a store credit to buy the item again, which am grateful for.
I placed an order with SupplementSource.ca expecting standard home delivery as advertised. Instead, they imposed an undisclosed ID verification requirement for $300+ shipped via UPS, which forced my package to be redirected to a UPS Access Point without my consent. Their FAQ and Shipping Policy mention nothing about this rule.The only reply I received from them was that I “should go to the access point” - no apology, no ownership, no offer to resolve the issue. I contacted them multiple times by email to resolve this matter, including requesting a refund and deletion of my account, but received no further response at all. They also ignored PayPal’s communication.This is a failure of transparency and customer service. Customers deserve to know about restrictions before placing an order, not after the fact. I have escalated the case through PayPal for a refund.Given the lack of communication, I cannot recommend SupplementSource.ca and will not be ordering again.
I'm surprised to see negative reviews. I just completed my 3rd order with SupplementSource. Nothing but positive experiences so far.I realized on a Wednesday night that I was running low on BCAAs. SupplementSource came to mind; I found some great deals on their site and ended up ordering more than I was expecting! Friday morning the order arrived at my front door. Picture perfect experience. They will definitely continue to get my money.
