I caught it early and contacted customer service on, asking for help before the package was returned.Instead of intervening promptly, they sent a basic tracking screenshot and waited to contact UPS—too late. My package was returned, and I was charged the return shipping fee.I acknowledge my initial mistake, but the lack of urgency and failure to assist after multiple requests is unacceptable. Their final response deflected responsibility entirely.I’ve disputed the charge and will not order from them again. Disappointing service.
