The company advertises a 100% money back guarantee, which was one of the main reasons I decided to buy the intolerance test. However, when I received results that clearly do not reflect my real-life experience and asked for a refund, they refused to honour it.
The report marked many foods as “elevated” that I consume regularly without any symptoms at all. I have no digestive issues, no inflammation, and no negative reactions after eating those foods. This seriously questions the reliability and scientific validity of the testing method.
Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they rely on technical wording and avoid taking responsibility. The guarantee appears to be conditional in a way that is not clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
