Lack of compassion from the company

I used a video editing app once to create a montage for my mum's funeral. Distracted by grief, I didn’t realize I signed up for a weekly charge of £9.99. By the time I checked my statement, I had been charged seven times. I contacted the company asking for a refund for the other six payments due to the situation, but they refused three times. Everyone will face loss one day; it’s a horrific event. It’s disappointing that the company chose to profit from my mum's passing. Shameful.
