Apple support started off strong stating that they will be able to assist with my refund request. Refund review will happen within 48 hours. 1 week later the dispute was escalated as no feedback or response on the matter was given or received.After almost a month of no response struggling to get a hold of anybody able to assist, the only feedback I received is that the dispute was denied. No further elaboration can also be given. I was referred to apple legal segment and I have to go conclude on my own why my request was denied.Very disappointed in the service and the so called "support" I have received, I always held Apple to a high standard and after today I no longer feel this strong and confident that my safety is valued.
