Apple Care using AIG for insurance and it is the worst process ever.Online form is buggy, and they have multiple steps to complete with poor commutation; basically you have to call each time to find out what the next step is.Call centre people are not helpful; so you just have to wait. I've been with a phone for over 7 days and still waiting.
