I had to submit another support ticket because there’s been no response to the original ticket submitted by my son on October 2, 2024. It’s been three months with no reply. I requested an escalation, but two weeks later, there’s still been no update. We are all committed to sustainability, but the top priority of 'reduce' in sustainability means being able to repair a device rather than buying a new one, which sometimes requires support for complex repairs. Poor service contradicts sustainability.
