If there were an option for zero stars, I would choose it...

If there were an option for zero stars, I would definitely select that. There’s no phone number, and emails go unanswered. The support tools just lead you in circles without providing any solutions. The chat feature is no better, suggesting the same support tools that lead to nowhere. To submit a request, you’re required to answer 20 irrelevant questions. In short: I would advise against purchasing from this seller.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I had the option, I wouldn't give any stars. There's no phone support, and emails go unanswered. The "support tools" just send you in circles without providing any help. The chat function is equally unhelpful, redirecting you back to those same tools. To submit a request, you have to answer 20 irrelevant questions that don't address the actual problem. In summary: I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

Is there any customer service available?

My phone is still under warranty for over a year, yet I'm facing charging issues. I completed the diagnostic and identified the problem, but no one is responding to my request. The online chatbot fails to connect me with a real person, merely stating it’s flagging my request, which doesn’t match the original request number I received. I'm considering switching to another phone despite having warranty left. It's disappointing, as I appreciated the ethos but wouldn’t choose this again.

Had to submit another support ticket…

I had to submit another support ticket because there’s been no response to the original ticket submitted by my son on October 2, 2024. It’s been three months with no reply. I requested an escalation, but two weeks later, there’s still been no update. We are all committed to sustainability, but the top priority of 'reduce' in sustainability means being able to repair a device rather than buying a new one, which sometimes requires support for complex repairs. Poor service contradicts sustainability.

Support response is extremely slow

I exceeded my budget to purchase this phone. It’s a good device, but the support is lacking when issues arise. I usually rely on my tech-savvy son for help, but even he is struggling to get timely responses, which are painfully slow.

Limited account management options.

The platform does not allow users to change their support email without contacting support, nor can they edit their password when authenticated through OAuth. When support tickets are submitted that aren’t linked to a customer’s account, they don’t include a hyperlink to associate them with the account.
