I have purchased HP printers over the past 35+ years and operated as a small business. I had signed up for ink replenishment ..I was extremely horrified that when I cancelled my plan, my machine no longer allowed me to print . Once I involved my tech provider they had advised me that there is a small chip on the printer that will not allow me to print due to this cancellation..I then went out to buy HP regular ink and NOW the Printer is NOT printing at all..I will not be purchasing from HP again & will advise small business to be aware of this unethical procedure.
