Malicious compliance at best. They don't give a shit about you and most certainly do not want to do repairs or refunds - and the revolting support experience will surely make you feel that.
Nothing more than an undignified waste of time. Infinite issues and bugs on the site, talking in circles for ages in the live-chat.
I was already frustrated when I was randomly put on hold for almost 24 hours at 3 in the afternoon (!) after spending hours in the live-chat. Then I was told (rudely) to be available ALL DAY at a certain date for device pick-up. There are absolutely NO time windows given - pick-up will occur at a random time and it's "your duty to be available".
Had to sit at home all day like a clown - on the agreed upon date - only for pick-up to not bother even showing up. No messages, no E-Mail, no sms. No note left (like stated in the rude instruction E-Mail). Being told rudely to be available all day like a little lapdog is one thing, then being stood up without explanation is much too far.
Incredible how incompetent and dysfunctional the support at every step.
It's hard to believe that a company of this size can provide such dreadful customer service. I have a relatively new printer with a faulty feeder. After spending about 3 hours with online support, I was told to reach out to support, which I thought I was already doing. I submitted an online ticket but received no response. I tried WhatsApp support and explained the issue, only to be asked to repeat everything I had already done. I wish there was a way for them to see what previous agents had attempted. After another 4 hours, they finally agreed to replace it. When the replacement arrived, the promised return shipping label was missing, leading to yet another frustrating round on WhatsApp to explain my needs. They kept asking questions I had already answered, and after 2 working hours (which extended overnight), they said someone would get in touch. Now, I'm receiving persistent emails about the faulty return, warning that my new printer won't be under warranty unless I return the old one, yet I still don't have a label. The printer has been ready for return for 2 weeks! This service is truly shocking, and the entire process has been a nightmare.

I purchased a monitor during a promotional event, and upon installation, it wouldn't power on, indicating it was defective. Online support was ineffective as the monitor's serial number was deemed invalid. After a lengthy explanation to an AI assistant, I was connected to a representative who spoke too quickly for me to comprehend. After explaining my issue for another 20 minutes, I was told I needed to order a replacement before I could return the faulty one, which was at a higher price. I ended the conversation feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The next day, after another lengthy process, I was finally given the option for a full refund. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company with such a reputation.
There were some positives, like good offers and quick access to chat support. However, the agent failed to address my question, instead providing irrelevant answers. When I pressed for clarity, he became defensive and responded sarcastically. Although he finally answered my question, his rudeness was shocking, especially when I pointed it out. He claimed I was in the wrong department and then blocked me from the chat. This level of hostility towards a potential customer was alarming and has made me reconsider using this company going forward.
This service is incredibly frustrating! When I called support, I waited a long time, only to be disconnected. If I finally got through, they would transfer me around, leading to more disconnections. The representatives were hard to understand, and I felt like they were dismissing my concerns. I faced issues with the login address provided with my purchase, and it was very disappointing to experience such poor service from a company that should know better.
My printer stopped functioning after years of use, and I received no help. The last support representative I spoke with seemed to waste time rather than assist, ultimately closing the chat without resolving my issue. I will not be using this service again.
I am baffled by the support I received. After reaching out about my malfunctioning wireless mouse, I spent hours repeating the same information without progress. Despite providing my invoice and screenshots, I was continually asked for the mouse's serial number, which is unreadable. It felt like I was chatting with a bot due to the repetitive nature of their responses.
