I’d give 0 if it was an option. I bought a laptop only to find it won’t charge via the usb. Sent it back and waited weeks for a refund. Ordered a higher spec and waited weeks. When I enquired why it was taking so long, I was told they have stopped making the model. I now have to wait 8-10 days for a refund on something I never received! Unable to speak to anyone of authority. Avoid the heartache and go elsewhere!
