It's hard to believe that a company of this size can provide such dreadful customer service. I have a relatively new printer with a faulty feeder. After spending about 3 hours with online support, I was told to reach out to support, which I thought I was already doing. I submitted an online ticket but received no response. I tried WhatsApp support and explained the issue, only to be asked to repeat everything I had already done. I wish there was a way for them to see what previous agents had attempted. After another 4 hours, they finally agreed to replace it. When the replacement arrived, the promised return shipping label was missing, leading to yet another frustrating round on WhatsApp to explain my needs. They kept asking questions I had already answered, and after 2 working hours (which extended overnight), they said someone would get in touch. Now, I'm receiving persistent emails about the faulty return, warning that my new printer won't be under warranty unless I return the old one, yet I still don't have a label. The printer has been ready for return for 2 weeks! This service is truly shocking, and the entire process has been a nightmare.
