I WILL NEVER TOUCH A LENOVO PRODUCT FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE!! The first customer service person wrote on my notes I damaged my monitor so escalations went by this too!! My daughter bought a monitor from Lenovo and it was still under warranty all she did was took the stand off because she wanted a monitor stand and three of the four dowels fell out and wouldn’t go back in. In my opinion this is a manufacturing fault they classed it as excessive personal damage under customer induced damage what a load of cods wollop…..GO DO ONE LENOVO YOUR TECH IS CRAP ANYWAY!!!
