Headline: Premium Care is a joke – Hardware failure met with "bed surface" excuses
Review:
"I am extremely disappointed with the so-called 'Premium Care' service. My laptop’s GPU (RTX 4070) is hitting 87°C, causing massive thermal throttling and FPS drops, making the device unusable for its intended purpose.
Instead of honoring the 'On-site Support' and 'Next Business Day' intervention I paid for, the support team wasted my time with ridiculous scripts. They actually asked if I'm using the laptop on a mattress, completely ignoring the technical evidence and photos showing critical temperature levels.
It’s unacceptable to pay for a premium service only to be treated like a novice and forced to threaten with Consumer Protection (ANPC) just to get a technician scheduled. Expectations were high, but the actual support experience is at rock bottom. If you value your time and hardware, be wary of their 'Premium' promises.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Laptop that I have been waiting weeks for was supposed to be delivered this week. Im told UPS did not have the full delivery address, which was supplied. Now Ive been told that UPS to returning the laptop to sender, which is in Chine... Customer service has told me that the laptop has to arrive back in Chine before they will then resend the laptop back to London. The inefficiency with this is just mind blowing. I asked how this could be escalated and was given an email address. Ive emailed it a few times with response. Paid almost 2k for a laptop that will take more than a month to be delivered. My worry now is if/when the laptop does arrive, will it even work with the amount of milage and handling its had. I would not recommend you buy anything from Lenovo.

Shocking experience with Lenovo

Shocking experience with Lenovo. I have been trying to get my monitor delivered for over a month now. I have contacted customer service multiple times and on the last 2 occasions raised a case. They said wait 3-5 days and we will confirm a delivery date for you. Nothing has happened. I now just want a refund and cannot seem to get that either. To top it all the staff see disinterested or plainly rude. I’ve tried their live chat and phoning them. AVOID!!!

Unable to purchase online

I have tried to order online and purchase a laptop from Lenovo for a few days. I wasn't able to purchase when I got to authentification. I contacted my credit card and found that Lenovo security system was blocking. I tried to contact by phone but had no luck. Phone is always busy and the message box is full so I couldn't even leave the message. After this bad experience, I will look for another place where they offer a satisfying service.

Ordered directly from Lenovo then found…

Ordered directly from Lenovo then found a better deal and immediately cancelled the order, they still shipped it more than a week after they confirmed cancellation.

Fantastic Tech Support Service

I owned a thinkpad Yoga 11e from year 7 to 12. The quality is still fantastic until year 12, which is why I decided to purchase a new thinkpad for university. I saved up and orderedThinkpad E14 gen 7 online, and received it within a few days. Two hours into setting up the new laptop (account, data transfer, app download etc), the page became unresponsive and I had to force shut down. When I try to turn it on, the screen tells me that the device has ran into a problem and cannot be fixed. I requested service support on 30/12, really impressed they called me back instantly during the holiday. The tech guy helped me step by step, very patiently. Tried everything and then he instructed me to run a full diagnostic test, and email the screen shot. The next day I was told my best option is to reinstall windows by creating a usb recovery key. They sent me instructions and tutorials, and also offered to replace / refund if it didn’t work. The process only took 3 hours and my laptop is back up running Admittedly, I didn’t like to deal with this problem. But at the same time I am very glad the tech team is easily accessible and very supportive. This experience tell me I can count on them if any future issues arise.

I won't buy another lenovo product!

I won't buy another lenovo product!I got my girlfriend legion go 2 for Xmas and after 5 days the screen went. We sent it back under warranty and a component has gone on the screen. They said we caused it and have to pay for the repair which is nearly £300. We just paid £900 for it. We didn't drop it or have water near it. We have ask them for reason why they said we have caused it but no answer so far. But I'm a engineer and I understand component can go even on new equipment, just how it is. But if under warranty you replace it for free. Not charge someone who just paid alot of money for the product.Just to add, they send back lebovo go by FedEx saying that they repaired free of charge! But then send email said that we refused to pay repair so it's just send back to us.We can confirm it's not repaired. We have inspected the lenovo go. It does not have a single mark or crack on it. So absolutely no reason not to repair under warranty after even admitted a INTERNAL component has failed. If Lenovo like to comment on this on this website to defend themselves I be interested what they have to say.Order numberD9B9VxJ4RRMA

Keyboard rendering two year old Yoga…

Keyboard rendering two year old Yoga unusable.....This major issue began just before the end of the two year warrantly. I have to type TWO as I have no number key functioning. Intermittent keys just not working - which means I have now rely on Hello to even log in. So no good at work, as sometimes I'm unable to login at all. No Character keys work at all.Useless. Everything tried. Hactory reset... hard thirty second reset seems to get the number keys working again for a short while. Driver updates. Vacuuming keys, tried all actions... etc etc.Nothing spilt on it, not dropped. The OSK works perfectly. Now of course its out of warranty - thank you Currys for offering to look at it - just look at it for a princely Fifty pounds - the Pound key doesn't work of course, and I cannot bracket that, as those keys don't work either.56 - here you see, these are the only two number keys that work. All of the others are useless. The D key just fell off after a couple of months anyway. I gave up on getting it to stay on.This all began during warranty, but I kept thinking I could fix it. Now its too late. It's an appalling quality issue. Not worth repairing as the cost outweighs the value.Desperately bad quality - which is a shame, as it's quite a nice laptop. Just unusable in nay work situation where I need reliable access and functionality.Essentially I seriously regret this purchase, and am unable to recommend a Levono Yoga to anyone.
