Computer was bought 1 year and 4 months…

Computer was bought 1 year and 4 months ago. Barely use computer and over charging is not an issue. Warranty expired 4 months ago. Was transferred 3 times and then the final guy . 1 I couldn't even hear him because his microphone was messed up. He is IT. He said he doesn't have information on what type of battery my computer needs to be replaced and to go to Staples to have them figure it out. So I asked if he could send me the battery information that I would need to purchase so I can look into it and he said he doesn't know because he is IT. Like what??? They transferred me to him because he is IT but he was unable to help with a link to purchase the battery or any information about the battery. and sent me to another business to seek assistance after being transferred around . Horrible customer service.
