Cashed out previously with no problems. My phone broke several months ago, so I logged in with my new phone, same log in details as before and I've only got the one account. I've earned over £70 and was going to cash out this morning, but it asked for face verification and it wouldn't accept it probably due to poor lighting in the room. Then a message popped up saying I've violated their terms and conditions and my account has been suspended. If this gets sorted, I'll change my review, if not I'm taking it further and I'll report them to action fraud and take them to court. It's not so much about the money, it's the principle when I've done nothing wrong.
