I have bought some items from this auction then gone to book pick up date so book a Friday pick up then gone to book my other items but the system won’t let me pick up till Monday so had to ring them to ask to do pick up for my items together on Monday however no help what’s so ever told if I didn’t pick an item up on Friday what cost £10 plus fee they will be a charge of £24 for late pick up I have rang before the pick up date and still won’t help there system is very poor to the expense of customers and benefiting the company I have wrote to them about thee system to be ignored
