The worst company I have EVER Dealt with they owe me money for items that I have paid for that where then cancelled/ not provided to me even after payment has been made.
I paid for a SHARK HOOVER AND CHEST OF DRAWERS STILL NOT GOT THE REFUND FOR THEM.
Do not use this company you like hundreds of others will be unfortunately short changed.

I spoke to Lisa to arrange a delivery and to arrange collection of my winning lots, Lisa talked me through the process, she was very friendly and patient whilst I was trying to complete the processes. Lisa's help made this task less complicated

Almost every auction ends at the highest bid, raising serious doubts about the fairness of their bidding process. We have initiated a small-claims case due to our experience. If you’ve interacted with this platform, be extremely cautious before settling any invoices. From our experience, this business operates in a dishonest and aggressive manner. Steer clear at all costs.
UNFAIR AUCTIONS, DEFECTIVE ITEMS, AND EMPTY THREATS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They offer faulty products marketed as "brand new," and every auction seems to conclude at the maximum bid — very questionable. We have initiated a small claims lawsuit against them.
Do not settle any invoices if you've regrettably engaged with them.

Supreme Auctions offers a broad selection of items in their auctions, and the delivery is usually prompt. However, some items are second-hand while they display stock photos of new products, which can be misleading. My main concern is the exorbitant shipping fees, which are significantly higher than the actual delivery costs.
Contemporary auction deception. The images provided are just for reference. The items you actually receive are not worth keeping. Shipping fees are exorbitant. Purchasing from them feels like a gamble. Steer clear.
I had a terrible experience with the auction service. They sold a two-pack of tools, but when I received my order, only one item was included. The second item was missing. When I contacted them, they mentioned that auction items are not checked and might be incomplete. If that's the case, they should clearly label the listing as a single item, not a two-pack. Additionally, I often receive faulty items from them, which is unacceptable.
The collection slots are overbooked due to insufficient staffing, leading to long waits in the rain, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, when participating in bids, I would prefer to see a reserve price instead of having staff members artificially inflate the bids to reach their minimum price. For example, if I place a bid of 20, they might then bid it up to 40, while similar items remain open and unbid until I engage with them too.
The range of items available is impressive, and with a little effort, you can find fantastic bargains to resell for a nice profit. The warehouse team is diligent and consistently offers assistance. Although the office staff are often occupied, they make sure operations proceed without a hitch and are helpful when required. The purchasing, booking, and payment systems are user-friendly.
