We have 120 vehicles running Surecam dual facing cameras for over a year now. Just for starters we’ve had zero hardware or software issues which is amazing!We had a difficult choice to make in going with camera technology because we did experience some push back from drivers. However the end result was an 80% reduction in incidents the first year and the loss of drivers was minimal at 2%. The payback was immediate and going into the second year we have experienced yet an additional 50% reduction over the first year! The video quality is amazing even at night. We have actually used video downloaded in defense for accidental and injury claims. This data is invaluable for a company and video tells a much greater story than telematics data. The customer support is always on point and we have never gone over 24 hours without an explanation and resolution.
