We have worked with Surecam for a number of years to incorporate a tracking system and recording devices within our fleet of commercial vehicles. The system enables us to safeguard our drivers, and give great customer service to our customers who might ring to ask what time there delivery will arrive. We have also had to use it for incidents, and formal management of drivers, or even training for staff to highlight issues or concerns. It is very relevant when the footage comes from your own vehicles. Surecam continues to develop their systems, and upgrade the functionality on an ongoing basis, and we have regular reviews to ensure the provision works.
