On top of that, technical support responses are polite but often take months to provide real solutions. It seems like they hope customers forget their issues. I've faced this several times, and my most recent request has gone unanswered for over 11 days. Additionally, their official group censors negative feedback, making it hard for customers to discuss concerns honestly. This approach feels unfair to loyal customers, and I cannot recommend investing in these products long-term.
