As long-time WordPress developers, we have been used to the complexity and ever-changing nature of WooCommerce, but last year, in the midst of an urgent re-platforming project for a nonprofit, we took a chance on SureCart and we don't think we'll ever look back!
Part of why we trusted SureCart is because Pee-Aye Creative makes add-ons for it. We figured that if Nelson Miller trusts them, we could trust them, too. We are so glad we did.
There is definitely a learning curve for implementation (we spent a lot of time migrating customers from the previous platform into SureCart), but SureCart support has been there for us, every step of the way. Their support is promptly responsive, diligent in follow-up, and treat us with respect. Following KB articles to configure the settings was easy and straightforward - it made it a breeze to get our client set up exactly as they wished.
Our client remains quite happy with the tool as well (which was crucial for us in this case, as we provide them ongoing support and dev services), and the ability to govern multiple stores while isolating each store for our clients has been great. Our license is one that doesn't require ongoing fees, but during our initial vetting of the product, the fees were reasonable enough that we didn't hesitate to buy.
We can't wait for the next chance to use SureCart in our next ecommerce implementation. We expect to move at least one of our existing customers that's on Woo over to SureCart alongside a theme upgrade later this year.

This service is a solid choice for a shopping cart within WordPress. While it isn't perfect, I've faced a few issues that were my fault and couldn't find online help for. On the positive side, their support is outstanding. I've reached out multiple times with various issues on a recent project, and they always provided a solution or assured me that they would address my concerns in their development process. For this reason, I rate them highly.
I really enjoy that the service consolidates everything in one platform while remaining user-friendly. Even as a non-techie, I managed to set up my store in just minutes without any assistance. I removed several outdated plugins for abandoned cart recovery, order bumps, upsells, and invoice generation. The navigation feels much lighter now.
I want to clarify that I am a registered user and before using the service, I reviewed the terms and conditions. I found a clause that grants them extensive rights to your content. This clause was quickly altered after my notice, and they might change it again to continue benefiting from the content of unsuspecting customers.
While the service has everything in one place, using it can be extremely frustrating. I invested a lot of time trying to create a design I liked using their block editor, only for it to suddenly revert back and lose all my work. This has happened so many times that I've lost count. Just when I think I've got it set up, the next day it randomly changes and messes everything up. I'm feeling quite drained from this experience. Also, the Elementor features don't help, as they too end up causing issues.
I am quite unhappy with my experience with the service and related plugins. I didn't just purchase several licenses, but also invested heavily in other products from the team. Now, the new lifetime plans are much cheaper, and my older plan offers little benefit since I don't use subscription models. On top of that, technical support responses are polite but often take months to provide real solutions. It seems like they hope customers forget their issues. I've faced this several times, and my most recent request has gone unanswered for over 11 days. Additionally, their official group censors negative feedback, making it hard for customers to discuss concerns honestly. This approach feels unfair to loyal customers, and I cannot recommend investing in these products long-term.
