Toilet leakage. The service was quick to respond, but the installation was done poorly. I had to hire another plumber at a significant cost. They failed to replace the pan connector, removed unnecessary wood from the wall, and replaced the fill valve and flexible tap connector. They offered to send someone to fix it, but I lost confidence in them. I recommend steering clear of this plumber and, by extension, this company.
