Although they offered to send someone to fix it, I lacked confidence in them. I recommend steering clear of this service provider.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to stay away. They were on-site for about two hours but billed us £1000. When we questioned this, they arrived unannounced to remove parts from the boiler. Upon reviewing the invoice, they miscalculated the hours worked and tried to charge us for time spent picking up parts, which was roughly £300. We would never have agreed to this had they informed us. When I called to discuss, the representative was quite rude. They also miscalculated the cost of parts and attempted to charge us for items that were never installed. Additionally, we discovered an oil leak the next day. They did come back to fix it, but at a time I had stated was inconvenient. Overall, it was a very negative experience. I recommend others be cautious and check invoices thoroughly.
They charged exorbitant prices, sending an invoice for parts including a diverter valve that retails for £129, but they invoiced £214, despite having agreed on £130 with the contractor. The total for changing one diverter valve in the boiler was £585.
