So far so good I've had a positive experience with this prop firm. Their customer service was prompt and quick in their response. Zephyr was the name of the customer service agent who attended to me. I'm giving them a 4-star because I just started their challenge today. As I progress through I'd review my trust pilot review.
I had an excellent experience with Zyros. The support team was quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve my concerns, and I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend Zyros for their outstanding service!
SCAM, they changed rules without alerting and breach my account. They reactivated me an account in compensation but with -8%. Do not throw your money here. There are a 100 times better prop firms.Update to reply answer of these scammers: What are you talking about friends or other lies? Do not invent anything. You know very well that is not true. And YES you change rules without alerting anytbing and a lot of people lost all because your scam trap. Just people can find it with a loooot of bad reviews saying thw same: SCAM. Please BE AWARE these guys are even worse replying these stories... Unbelievable... I hope justice will catch you all these punch of scammers soon. Update: this is an update after reading what they said. All what they say is false. Just read the more than a hundred bad reviews about them. Not only close you the accounts but they dont pay.
unsure leverage at 'sure' leverage. A while ago , sure leverage remove leverage on metals suddenly,out of no where, closed running trades...my TP hit later and my phase1 was passed had the trade was not closed midway.SLF refused to consider my phase passed. also refused to refund. now they have 1:7 leverage on metals in effect, you can't open 5 lots on 200k account but the support, their manager deny it despite sending them video recording. they would simply not bother a bit...there are some unheard of rules too like lots consistency...they don't refund fee...in short, they hv made all such rules to not let traders win a payout ...they are powerful too...the support threatened me to remove review or they will terminate my account...recently my review removed from trust pilot...bcz i mentioned a name in it..stay away guys....
