Managing a multi-cat household, the feeders and the cat flap with a hub make life incredibly convenient. I can monitor who is eating what, administer medication easily instead of wrestling, and keep one cat inside when they need to recover from a fight or a vet visit. The customer service is remarkable. Whenever I encounter an issue (usually caused by the cats!), they work diligently to resolve it and provide replacement or additional parts at no charge. Much appreciated.
