Had a battery issue with one of my feeders and tge customer service is just excellent! Always quick replying and searching for solutions!
After 2 1/2 years our cat flap stopped working. I contacted the company and provided all information requested from them including a video to try and diagnose problem.
Today I have received an email from them to inform me I have a replacement on the way. I have since received a tracking number . Very Happy with the excellent customer service I have received.
I absolutely love my SureFlap cat door/cat door connect. It is the best product for keeping track of my cats when I am away from the house and having them safely locked inside at nights. Recently my cat door has stopped functioning properly and the response from Sure Petcare has been great. They have listened and responded. I would buy this product again in a heartbeat.
Really excellent, prompt and friendly customer service when we had an intruder cat breaking in through our old catflap. I emailed Judith who was incredibly helpful and recommended a Dual Scan cat flap with double locking security. She sent this really quickly and it has solved the problem. Lovely company to deal with.
My microchip cat flap, which is over a decade old, had ceased functioning. I reached out to the company, impressed by their proactive stance on troubleshooting. They certainly delivered! After a brief online diagnostic, they promptly sent replacement parts along with clear instructions at no cost. It's now as good as new.
I ordered the Feeder Replacement Lid from SureFeed for my cat as the old one’s been broken. It’s reasonable price. Its been mentioned will be delivered for 3 to 5 days but I received it today after Ive ordered less than 2 days ago and the package delivered today was unbelievable quick and package are excellent well cared. Exceptional support and valuable products. While these items may come at a premium, they are certainly worth the investment! With a multi-cat household, the feeders and the cat flap with a hub simplify everything. I can track who is eating what, easily administer medication without fuss, and securely keep one cat inside when they need to recover from a fight or a vet visit. The support team is truly exceptional. Whenever I face an issue (usually due to the cats!), they respond swiftly and provide replacement or extra parts at no cost. I'm very grateful for their assistance.
Exceptional customer service. Yes, these devices are not inexpensive, but they are worth every penny! Managing a multi-cat household, the feeders and the cat flap with a hub make life incredibly convenient. I can monitor who is eating what, administer medication easily instead of wrestling, and keep one cat inside when they need to recover from a fight or a vet visit. The customer service is remarkable. Whenever I encounter an issue (usually caused by the cats!), they work diligently to resolve it and provide replacement or additional parts at no charge. Much appreciated.
I found that the catches on my cat flap (which seems quite old since it's been installed for 3 years) were no longer functioning from the inside (allowing other cats to enter freely). I reached out to customer service and spoke with a real person who asked several questions to pinpoint the issue. I received an email detailing how to take apart the cat flap and clean the catches, and was advised to inform them if cleaning didn't resolve the problem. Unfortunately, cleaning didn't help, and upon hearing this, the company arranged (at no cost) for a new motor and installation instructions to be sent. Customer service of this caliber is rare these days. Kudos to the company, well-deserved 5 stars.
