I had a scheduled gas service check, but the engineer claimed he couldn't access my property and left, despite me being home with a witness from my housing association. I received threatening letters about the gas service, and although an engineer came on January 6, there was no record of it. On January 17, the same engineer returned, citing a system glitch, completed the check, and left. I tried multiple times to contact the company, waiting 37 minutes without an answer. Today, I had an electrician visit and noticed how cold my house was. The boiler displayed an F75 error code, so I called the emergency number, explaining my lung condition and lack of heating. An engineer called me from bed, asking me to take videos and photos instead of coming out. He finally arrived an hour later without tools, tried resetting the boiler (which I had already done), and made excuses to avoid fixing it. He claimed the previous engineer had not reattached a valve, which was untrue since I had heating until today. This company is unreliable, avoids calls, and their customer service is appalling. I feel deeply disappointed, especially considering my health issues. The engineer seemed inexperienced and more interested in returning home than helping me. I was left with inadequate heating solutions. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
