I have reported the fact that my boiler has broken down, a week after having a gas safety check which took 5 minutes when it should have taken at least 30 minutes if the engineer (Paul) had done his job properly. I am without heating and hot water and have been since Friday. Someone was supposed to come out and fix the boiler this evening and as usual, no-one has bothered to turn up.
