I had a gas safety check booked in from 12-5pm. Worked from home specifically to be in for the appointment and no-one turned up. No communication from Sureserve to apologise, rebook or explain why no-one turned up.
I reached out via their whatsapp contact number to query what had happened. They did apologise but automatically rebooked it for a date and time without even checking that was suitable for me. I recontacted them and eventually they accommodated me with a weekend booking which, to their credit, was helpful.
Poor to no communication, engineer didn't turn up or call to explain why they hadn't turned up but query was eventually sorted satisfactorily. Better communication and valuing customer's time would improve your service
