The support team keeps texting me about the order being out of stock, claiming DHL delivered it to Israel and couldn't retrieve it. This is just nonsense. This company does not seem legitimate. If I don't receive my order soon, I will file a fraud claim with my bank next week. Don't waste your time and money with this unreliable shop. I also requested a refund, but now they are completely silent—no email replies or texts.
