I bought a pump for 700nok/50-60€, in the start of december. I did not get an email about my order, i waited till january and contacted the support team. They just said «found your order, delivering next week» and its been 1 month since they said it and it still haven’t showed up. I clntacted again and asked about it and they refuse to deliver just because their website does not give order email. DO NOT SHOP HERE

The support team keeps sending me messages about the order being out of stock, claiming that DHL delivered it to Israel and couldn't retrieve it back in Europe. This is just a lot of nonsense. This company does not seem legitimate. If I don't receive my order soon, I will be filing a credit card fraud claim with my bank next week. Please do not waste your time and money with this untrustworthy shop. I also requested a refund, but now they are completely unresponsive—no email replies or WhatsApp messages.

I ordered a wetsuit with a promise of fast, free delivery. It's been 3 weeks, and they haven't even sent the product yet. I've emailed them five times and only received one reply, which they haven't followed up on. This has been a very disappointing first experience with this business. I hope to get a refund soon.
Never trust this store. They are a complete joke with no items in stock. They are very untransparent, and after a month, they automatically canceled my order. I'm now waiting to see if I get my money back; it seems like this store isn't real. I sent them 10 emails and only received two responses. There are much better shops out there—just go to them for a more professional experience.
Stay away from this store! I ordered several items at the beginning of November, and now it's the end of December with no delivery. I've tried calling and emailing. After involving PayPal, I finally received a response saying one item is still missing and will ship next week. Still nothing. My clear recommendation is to avoid this store!
Avoid this store; they don't value your time or trust. My order took over 50 days to arrive, despite my request to cancel it before shipping. When it finally came, I wanted to return some items because I no longer needed them, but the shop refused to accept my return.
I placed my order on September 8th, and it was partially delivered on October 24th. The shipment was incomplete, and the wetsuit was delivered in the wrong color. As of November 26th, I still haven't received the remaining items. All items were supposedly in stock when ordered, but the delay explanation is that they are waiting on items from the supplier. None of my calls to customer service have been answered. I managed to contact them via WhatsApp, and they promised shipment weeks ago, but nothing has happened. I've now given up waiting and requested a refund, but I have yet to see any action.
This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had. I ordered an impact vest over six weeks ago and am still waiting for it. I've sent multiple emails, including a refund request, and have received no responses. Ironically, when I was placing my order and asked for a discount, they replied within 30 minutes. After the purchase, complete silence. This feels very unprofessional and misleading.
The service is poor and slow, with nothing held in stock. After ordering a product that was supposed to dispatch in 1-3 days, it's now been two weeks with no dispatch. They don't carry stock and only order from the supplier when needed. When I inquired about shipping, they just created a DHL label for tracking, but with no updates. I wanted to give them a chance to purchase more gear, but I won’t be.
