I placed an order for a wing and two accessory handles on October 9th, totaling $967 and $80 for the handles, including shipping. It was promised to arrive within 3 to 5 days, but it has now been 3 months with no delivery. The support team keeps sending me messages about the order being out of stock, claiming that DHL delivered it to Israel and couldn't retrieve it back in Europe. This is just a lot of nonsense. This company does not seem legitimate. If I don't receive my order soon, I will be filing a credit card fraud claim with my bank next week. Please do not waste your time and money with this untrustworthy shop. I also requested a refund, but now they are completely unresponsive—no email replies or WhatsApp messages.
