After 4 months, my 2-year subscription stopped working. Support admitted the fault is permanent and "beyond their control," yet they are refusing a pro-rata refund by citing an internal 30-day policy. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a money-back guarantee does not override my right to a refund for a faulty service that cannot be repaired. I have now escalated this as a formal dispute with my Bank using their admission of failure as evidence. Avoid this provider; they do not respect UK law
