I have subscribed in december 17 for just one month with your service. There was not clear at all that you were continuing charging me for this service of VPN that I was not using anymore. Your app did not tell me I was still paying. Your app did not tell me I was having an Active subscription. You do not have a section in your app that allows me to stop any (not communicated) subscription. This Is the worst service I ever received, very not trasparent and malicious. I Will review your service with the worst valuation. I have Paid you two months without knowing it. And you do not even offer a refund for that. This Is embarassing

Extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer, but for the last few months, their Ukrainian servers (which I specifically pay for) have been completely unusable. Support acknowledges the issues but refuses to provide a pro-rata refund, hiding behind their 30-day policy even though the product is defective. This is a breach of consumer rights. I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank. Avoid if you expect a reliable service and fair treatment.

I cancelled my subscription in July 2025 and received an email from Surfshark confirming that the cancellation was successful. However, payments have continued to be taken from my account since that date. Multiple emails have been sent and only a refund for 1 month has been given. Plus no apology for taking money without consent.

I am extremely disappointed with Surfshark's deceptive marketing and poor customer service. I renewed my subscription on January 1st, 2026, via Binance Pay, trusting their official claim of "Unlimited simultaneous connections" to "protect your entire household".

However, my account was permanently blocked just for setting up my home devices and Chrome profiles from a single residential IP in Venezuela. Despite having 2FA enabled and explaining that their system is miscounting browser sessions as separate physical devices, support agent Andres Gaspar admitted they offer "unlimited devices" but refused to unblock my account or issue a refund, claiming "immoderate use".

This is a clear case of False Advertising and a breach of their 30-day money-back guarantee. They are happy to take your money but will block you for actually using the "unlimited" features they promote.

Avoid this provider if you actually plan on using it for your whole family as advertised.

It's frustrating when a service claims to support unlimited devices simultaneously but then restricts connections. If the actual limit is fewer than 20 devices, they should be upfront about it. Transparency is key—misleading advertisements only lead to disappointment.

A causa di una violazione delle condizioni di servizio, ho perso il diritto a un rimborso. Tuttavia, non verrò addebitato nuovamente poiché il rinnovo automatico è stato disattivato.
