The customer support of Surfshark is generally pretty good. On several occasions, I have been helped by Barrett via online chat, he's always polite, helpful and accurate. The only thing that I don't like about Surfshark is the manipulations of the protocols for internet access and it can be confusing at times. Other than that, I'm still quite ok with their services.
