We hired Surrey Interiors to design and fit our family bathroom earlier this year. Although we are satisfied with the end result, we were left disappointed with the experience, cost and time taken to complete the job.The lack of communication meant that we were not made aware of deliveries, or which days the contractors would be in, which was particularly disruptive whilst working from homeWe experienced issues early on when some aspects of the bathroom were fitted differently to CAD Design. Generally, this was a result of lack of attention to detail taken in the initial design.It took 8 weeks for the bathroom to be completed. (This Excluding 2 weeks during which we asked Surrey Interiors not to continue work whilst we escalated our complaint to KBSA - as one of their approved retailers)Jake, George and all of the contractors were very helpful and seemed to be more knowledgeable than Surrey Interiors themselves. We are also really happy with the tiles done by Luke at Tilematic.I hope this acts as an honest review of our experience for potential customers, but that it also highlights some feedback for Surrey Interiors to take onboard for future clients.
