Firstly the kitchen mixer tap supplied and fitted by them proved to be faulty, when contacted for help, told by them to undertake my own repair. Eventually involved an outside plumber, who laughed at this advise with a special tool required to carry out any such work. However, he found the mixer tap to be of poor quality without any indication of who the manufacture was, unusual for any reputable maker, also obtaining parts and required replacing to avoid similar problems.Again encountered further difficulties with their fitted kitchen, with problems closing cupboards through what appears misalignment. Same attitude when contacting Surrey Interiors for help. Informed by them I should find a local handyman to investigate and repair, indicating once more to busy.Strange and unhelpful approach when previously you had paid them to supply and fit, both a kitchen end of 2017 and bathroom sometime after.. Obviously no longer interest in either poor workmanship, or customer loyalty. Even when you offer to pay cash at the time, no subsequent communication was forthcoming, obviously they still cannot be bothered ?Advice just avoid if my experience is anything to go by !
