I was loyal customer to survey junkie for 5yrs and I had fun doing the surveys making money until they decided to permanently lock me out of All of my accounts when I strictly told them I have different accounts and showed them my emails . Survey junkie didn't listen to me even I showed them my emails and id they thought it was fraudulent when it wasn't. So I recommend no one goes here to make money unless you want to get ripped off and accused of something not true

Make your own app and then start because that is risky for others data mining app. They make it impossible to close your account and continue to data mine, rob, and intrude on your personal life. Nush, their so-called customer support is higher than a kite on drugs that he buys with the money he robs from study recipients. Do not believe a word he tells you. I closed my account with money I earned in the account because I did not want to risk another security breach with these criminals. They also post phishing scam surveys on Swagbucks that redirect to their site to try to recruit new users. Not quite as sketchy as Prime Insights LLC or YouGov but definitely becoming one of the top worse.

Let's start with all survey platforms. Their one purpose where you and I are concerned is to make us their property with all rights to sell --- sell our personal information -- make money off us. They want our correct name and phone number, email address, birthdate and everything that is none of their business. None of that has one thing to do with us giving our opinions and help to brands and companies (the other side to their existence.) Now, a smart person who wants to do surveys will use an email address that is not his personal address. You should not be forced to give you name or age. Am I 29 or 89? Even an employer has no right to ask you that. Nor can they ask you your age or religion or your sexual preference. But all of these deep concerns of survey platforms are demanded of you. Why? So they can sell your information to data brokers. You will soon find all of that information all over the Internet. You will soon have your personal data in millions of databases for all sorts of uses. Survey Junkie takes this a step further. When you have worked your b--- off doing their long boring surveys for a few points and you get to $5, you must be "verified." They want yet more proof that you are who you say you are so they even though nothing you do for them is dependent on your age or race or anything else. They want your driver's license or a photo ID. Now, you may not care what happens to your personal information. But my social security was found by my agency on the dark web. I do not provide any more data to anyone for anything. Only very legitimate reason will cause me to give any PII. So I suggest you think twice before signing up for Survey Junkie and, for that matter, any survey platform that demands more information than you want to give because what you give them will make you a target for all sorts of trouble.

Frustrating experience.

Overall, I've had good experiences with the service, but twice today I spent 15 minutes completing surveys, only to find they weren't processed. A message appeared indicating there was a problem. This has happened a few times before, and it's frustrating to invest time in surveys that don't 'count' due to system issues.

Frustrating survey experience.

I was disqualified from about two-thirds of the surveys I attempted. The payout for the few I did qualify for was minimal. Most of my time was wasted trying to qualify, often spending 5 to 15 minutes only to be told I didn't meet the criteria. I attempted to redeem around 600 to explore the redemption process, but I couldn't complete it. The process stalled at the identity verification step requiring a snapshot of my ID. I felt very let down, expecting a better experience. After a week, nothing improved. It’s not worth investing over 10 hours for just 5 dollars, especially when that amount is unredeemable.

Avoid this service.

Avoid this service. The rewards are low, and you will often get kicked out of a survey just before finishing. Other platforms offer more reliability and better rewards. Providing feedback has been unhelpful.

Not too bad, but frustrating.

They're not too bad, but I feel frustrated by the high rate of screen-outs. I calculated that my chance of completing a survey was about 20%. While it's understandable, it angers me when I spend 10-15 minutes on a survey and get booted out without compensation. The platform claims it has no control, but they could take action to avoid working with providers that do this, as it feels like a scam.

Surveys are increasingly difficult.

Surveys have become increasingly hard to qualify for, and it's driving me crazy! This situation is awful! I haven't attempted a survey on this platform in months because it's frustrating to start one, only to be told it's not a match. I don't know how much longer I can endure this!
