From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty.Pedro and Sabato's exceptional service was a highlight of our visit. Their warm welcome and Pedro's personal tour of the hotel, showcasing its unique features, were truly memorable.One of the staff members stood out for his remarkable kindness and excellent service. Although he mentioned he would be leaving soon, his dedication and warmth left a lasting impression. I am sure his colleagues will miss him dearly, as he truly embodies the spirit of outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much Sabato.The atmosphere at Sushi Samba and at the hotel overall is unmatched. The decoration, the people, and the drinks create an exceptional experience.
