I have had a very disappointing experience regarding refunds. I placed two orders: the first was returned over a month ago, but I still have not received a refund. The second order was never delivered due to an address issue (not my fault) and was sent back — again, no refund issued. I am owed around €200, and despite waiting over a month, there has been no resolution. Customer support has not resolved the issue, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of reliability and communication. I hope this review brings attention to this issue and leads to a swift refund.
