They will use scripted same irresponsible replies to the honest reviews about tariff and product quality. Guess what, this review will be also commented like ‘we can’t do anything about it’ YES YOU GUYS CAN

There are so many European/Spain brands that take responsibilities for this tariff situation. But they won’t and let their customers get significant unexpected cost charge.

Avoid this site at all costs!

My daughter ordered two tops from this service, and after nearly two months, they finally arrived with a cash on delivery 'tariff' fee that we weren't informed about when we placed the order. Now we're out $90 for the tops since we refused the additional $50 fee upon delivery. This platform feels like a complete scam; steer clear!

Using tariffs as an excuse is unacceptable

Using tariffs as an excuse and claiming they are ‘not within our control’ is simply unacceptable. Many international brands, including smaller ones, have managed this responsibly. I have seen a brand with only 3,000 followers clearly communicate tariff policies beforehand, adjusting prices or using prepaid shipping methods to avoid surprise bills for U.S. customers. Others announce tariff changes visibly on social media or websites, not hiding them in small text. If they can do it, this brand should be able to as well. Constantly highlighting their status as a ‘small business’ while lacking transparency feels disingenuous. When marketing to American consumers, they must ensure clarity and trust. Claiming things are ‘beyond our control’ without proactive measures shows a lack of accountability. This isn’t just a tariff issue; it’s a communication and responsibility issue. It raises an important question: does this brand genuinely want to build long-term trust with U.S. customers?

Lack of warning about extra charges

The products looked great online, but I haven’t seen them in person. They should inform customers about the tariffs applicable when shipping to the United States. The website does not indicate the product's origin, and I ended up paying an extra $28 on top of the $20 shipping for a $55 item. They should calculate duties and inform customers in advance about the total costs.

Hidden fees and poor communication

I placed an order for $166. Upon delivery, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $78 for ‘tariffs,’ which was never disclosed at checkout. This extra charge was nearly half of my original order — completely unreasonable. I refused the delivery and contacted the company for a refund, but they stated my package was ‘held at customs’ and that I would receive no refund. They directed me to a small line of text on their website about tariffs not being included. While I understand tariffs may apply, charging $78 unexpectedly, without transparency, is unacceptable. This feels misleading and predatory. Customers should not face hidden fees and then be penalized for refusing to pay them. I caution anyone thinking of ordering from this brand — be aware of hidden costs and poor communication.

Undisclosed tariff fees

I ordered a $70 top with a $20 shipping fee. When it arrived, UPS demanded a $43 tariff fee. If I didn't pay, it would be considered abandoned, and I wouldn't get a refund. No tariff fees were disclosed beforehand. It’s unbelievable that they don’t include tariffs in the price and allow customers to choose to buy at the actual cost.

Disappointing experience with refunds

I have had a very disappointing experience regarding refunds. I placed two orders: the first was returned over a month ago, but I still have not received a refund. The second order was never delivered due to an address issue (not my fault) and was sent back — again, no refund issued. I am owed around €200, and despite waiting over a month, there has been no resolution. Customer support has not resolved the issue, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of reliability and communication. I hope this review brings attention to this issue and leads to a swift refund.

Consider a different scarf

Consider investing in a different colorful scarf (the fluffy types). It's paper-thin when you expect a thicker feel. The colors are fairly accurate, but it’s absurd how thin and poorly made it is, especially for over 80 euros! It does not feel like quality material at all and it itches. I would recommend choosing a different brand.
