I ordered my bed on August 29, 2025, expecting delivery in two weeks. Now it's mid-November, and I've been informed that my bed won't arrive until late January 2026. Despite my attempts to resolve this through communication, I've been told the bed is out of stock, although it was available at the time of my order. They offered an alternative at no extra cost, but it is significantly cheaper than what I originally paid. They continue to advertise this bed with a two-week delivery promise.
