I ordered my bed on August 29, 2025, expecting delivery in two weeks. Now it's mid-November, and I've been informed that my bed won't arrive until late January 2026. Despite my attempts to resolve this through communication, I've been told the bed is out of stock, although it was available at the time of my order. They offered an alternative at no extra cost, but it is significantly cheaper than what I originally paid. They continue to advertise this bed with a two-week delivery promise.
We visited the Ashford location and received exceptional service from a representative. Delivery was also excellent, handled by a professional team. We chose our bed and mattress and received them within a few days. Truly a professional experience, deserving of five stars. Thank you!
