We have been very pleased with the service that we received from Karen at the Tonbridge store. She was informative and very helpful with the mattress choices and patient with us when we went into the shop yesterday, although we didn’t commit then.After visiting other shops today, we went back to Sussex beds and finally narrowed our choice down and now paid our deposit.We now look forward to receiving our new mattress.
