I’m a busy Mom, wife, and airplane mechanic and I had resigned myself to just being over weight. I’m 36 and in early peri-menopause and I had tried darn near every weight loss program out there! I’m just trying to balance 12 hour work shifts that were very high stress and exhausting and still present with my family with what little free time I have. The other programs I tried were just impossible to follow. Those programs either required me to spend endless time in the gym, which wasn’t realistic with my work shifts at all, or I was having to follow complicated diet plans that basically were just starving myself. It was so insanely frustrating! When I found Aviation fitness I was blown away that there was even a program out there that not only understood my crazy work/life balance but would work with all of that and not against it. The coach’s have been amazing and I cannot believe that I’m actually losing weight! I thought for sure I’d have to resort to giving myself weight loss shots but here I am, not even a whole month in, and I’ve lost 9 lbs! What’s been great too about Aviation Fitness is I find I’m not stressing about my meals and it feels like I have more time with my husband and son now! I don’t have to constantly think about “did I eat too much?” “I need to workout because I ate X, Y, and Z.” or whatever else. I cannot wait to see how I keep progressing! And I have better energy and better sleep too! I just feel healthier!
