I waited almost two months for a survey. They were scheduled to visit in the morning, but by 1 PM, I hadn't received any updates, so I reached out. I was informed the surveyor was running late and might arrive in another hour or two. While I received notifications for a parcel delivery, there was no communication regarding the survey for a significant installation. This lack of confidence led me to cancel the project.
