The 3-day 'delivery' promise is deceptive. They define delivery as simply preparing the package for the freight service, not actual shipment. I tried reaching out for help but got no response. Their shipping definition page is misleading. I placed my order last week based on their 3-day delivery claim, and now, after 7 days, my order isn't even ready for shipping. No communication or follow-up. I'm thinking about stopping my payment.
